Take hot oil treatments:

Heat up any natural oil (olive, coconut, or canola) so that it is warm, but not too hot. Gently massage the oil into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, after which you can shampoo your hair.

Use natural juices:

Rubbing your scalp with garlic, onion, or ginger juice can prove to be effective. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning for best results.

Massage your head:

Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation, which keeps hair follicles active. Use a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base to improve circulation.

Use antioxidants:

Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) to your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour, after which you can rinse your hair. Green tea contains antioxidants that prevent hair loss and subsequently, boost growth.
