Spanish Omelette by Shireen Anwar’s Masala Mornings Cooking Show on Hum Masala TV


Eggs 4
Milk 2 tbsp
Capsicum 1 finely chopped
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped seeds removed
Mushrooms 4 sliced
Tikka chunks 4 tbsp
Grated cheese 4 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp



Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and milk, heat oil, pour the eggs and tilt the frying pan. Lift edges to let the egg roll under, sprinkle capsicum, onion, tomato, mushrooms and tikka chunks on top and press gently. Sprinkle cheese and covered the pan, cook till cheese melts, serve hot with toast.
