Pakistani and Indian Recipes in Urdu and English Sweet Corn Rice Pulao by Pakistani Chef Rida Aftab Cocking Show Tarka on Hum Masala TV
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Corns 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Green Chilies 2
Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
Green Onions 250g
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat 4 tbsp oil and add 1 cup corns, 1 cup capsicum and 250g green onions and cook it for 1 minute. Now add 2 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp soya sauce and mix ½ kg boiled rice in it. In the side add 1 pinch yellow food color and put it on simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
