  1. I’ll advise that don’t drink green tea…. It makes our skin dry… Its my own experience i saw many people talking about the adverse effects of green tea… Moreover my mother advises me that this is the time of growth till 20 yrs so u should not try something like that… Infct exercises r better than all this ☺️☺️☺️
